How we do it
Our process entails three main elements; Identify, create and validate. During ‘identify’ we objectively gather relevant information to create the building blocks for idea generation. Immersing ourselves in the world of the consumer. In ‘creation’ we use tools & techniques for structured concept generation as opposed to random brainstorming. We use a series of creative thinking tools and the findings from our identification work to act as building blocks for our ‘ideation’, knowing that our proposals will be firmly rooted in deep consumer insights.
How we do it
Our validation phase is all about learning more about our proposals with real consumers through experimentation and careful measurement. We test the concept and/ or underlying assumptions with consumers preferably in the form of a live market test rather than traditional focus groups.
